The following terms apply to all consulting services provided by Pei-Hsun Wang (ImmoTWDE).

These terms apply to all consulting services by Pei-Hsun Wang (ImmoTWDE), Bahnhofstr. 20, 71111 Waldenbuch.
§2 Service Description
Real estate consulting for the German market
Consulting is fee-based
No brokerage activities in the sense of mediating purchase contracts
Scope of services according to individual consulting agreement
§3 Fees and Payment
Fees according to current price list
Payment via bank transfer or online payment (Stripe)
Invoice issued after payment
No commissions from third parties
§4 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
Cancellation under 24 hours: 50% of the fee
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment
§5 Liability
Consulting is provided to the best of knowledge
No liability for client decisions
Liability limited to the value of paid consulting services
§6 Data Protection
According to our Privacy Policy

Place of jurisdiction: Stuttgart
German law applies
If individual provisions are invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid
