These terms apply to consulting, brokerage and residential property-management services by Pei-Hsun Wang (ImmoTWDE), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
§1 Scope
These terms apply to services by Pei-Hsun Wang (ImmoTWDE), Bahnhofstr. 20, 71111 Waldenbuch, including consulting, real-estate brokerage and residential property management under § 34c GewO.
§2 Service Description
Real estate consulting for the German market
Brokerage and residential property management as agreed in each case (licence under § 34c (1) GewO)
The website currently offers online booking only for the free first consultation
Other services are quoted individually and in writing after the consultation
Scope of services according to the individual contract
§3 Fees and Payment
First 45-minute consultation is free
Fees, expenses and any brokerage commission are agreed per case and confirmed in writing
Payment via bank transfer only (no online checkout on this website)
Invoice issued after payment
§4 Cancellation and Rescheduling
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before appointment
Cancellation under 24 hours: 50% of the fee
Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment
§5 Liability
Consulting is provided to the best of knowledge
No liability for client decisions
Liability limited to the value of paid consulting services

German law applies
If individual provisions are invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid
